PALIMPSEST
Emotional memory does not vanish , it layers, shaping the inner architecture of being. Each portrait unfolds through application, erasure, and repetition — every state leaving its trace, quietly influencing the inner world. The palimpsest logic transforms lived experience into echoes that reappear in new forms. These works embody the interplay of time, memory, and identity, revealing the layered worlds within each individual.
WHERE ARE YOU
Where Are You? ( 2025) is an interactive installation that tests the boundary between artist and viewer. Canvases with fragments of faces, bodies, and skulls, together with an almost empty canvas, create a site for intervention. The provided tools transform the audience into co-creators: each gesture leaves a mark, shifting the work from individual to collective.
The project also reflects on the artist’s ego, questioning ownership, control, and permission. Stepping away from the canvas becomes an act of trust and release. Participant reflections further extended the installation into a field of dialogue, where art exists as process rather than finished form.
“Where is your trace within this canvas?”
RED AND BLACK
The “Red-Black” Series – the colors of the struggle for freedom. Black symbolizes the native land, red – the blood shed for it. These colors have accompanied Ukrainians through the hardest times of their fight for independence. Today, they remain just as relevant, becoming a testament to the ongoing war. This series is an artistic reflection on the current events in Ukraine, capturing the pain, sacrifice, and resilience of the Ukrainian people.
